A few days ago, according to the 2021 CLSCI Criminal Procedure Law Publications and Statistical Analysis by the Legal Innovation Network, Professor Xie Xiaojian of Law School of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics was once again awarded the Annual High Yield Scholar in the field of Criminal Procedure Law after 2019. In the year 2021, in the field of Criminal Procedure Law, a total of five scholars across the country have published more than four papers in the CLSCI journal of law, becoming the Annual High Yield Scholar.

In 2021, Professor Xie Xiaojian published Procedural Regulations on the Dislocation of Criminal Function Jurisdiction in the journal of China Legal Science, Advancement of the Relative Dualization Model of the Supervision and Investigation Procedures for Duty-related Violations and Duty-related Crimes in the journal of Studies in Law and Business, Functional Development of Audio and Video Interrogation: From Process Evidence to Consequential Evidence in the journal of Political Science Law, and Declining Pretrial Detention Rates: Basic Characteristics and Causes Analysis in the journal of Criminal Science. Among all those four journals, China Legal Science is ranked authoritative B+ journal by our school.

On the basis of adopting the statistical report of the Legal Academic Frontier Forum, China Legal Innovation Network continued to entrust its team to carry out further update and verification in combination with the statistical standards of the Legal Innovation Network in previous years, and finally determined the 2021 CLSCI journal publication statistical analysis report and determined those who published 4 or more papers in CLSCI journals are considered as Annual High Yield Scholars in the field of Criminal Procedure Law. This statistic is the authoritative statistical data in the field of law in our country and has great social influence.
