According to the Ministry of Education with regard to the relevant  provisions of law to assess the level of undergraduate students and  Jiangxi University of Finance and Law School, teaching programs,  especially the development of personnel training programs.

 Educational Objectives

 Law students should master the basic theory of Marxism, are familiar  with the basics of the law and national policies, with corresponding  economic management knowledge, good use of knowledge to solve practical  problems in the market economy laws, relatively proficient in a foreign  language and computer applied technology, with a strong practical  ability and creativity.
