 Educational Objectives

      (A) The overall objective

 According to the needs of socialist market economy and the economic  legal system construction, training comprehensive development moral,  intellectual, physical, and capable of independent professionals engaged  in theoretical research of procedural law, education, legislative,  judicial and other legal practice work.

 (B) the specific requirements

 1, adhere to Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory  and the important thought of Three Represents, adhere to the basic line  of the Party, with good political quality and professional ethics, with  professionalism.

 2, with a solid theoretical foundation of law, the system master the professional knowledge.

 3, familiar with our domestic and particularly criminal, civil and  administrative litigation and arbitration legislation; familiar with the  professional knowledge that is related to other legal subjects of  criminal law, civil law, administrative law and other knowledge, with  finance, securities, insurance and other disciplines Finance basics;  more proficient in a foreign language, reading books can aid the  professional foreign materials; able to independently undertake  procedural theoretical research, teaching and legal practice work.
